Today I going tell my internship :)
Now I working at Spanish restaurant for my
internship, but it is my first experience work in industry. Name of restaurant
is 'Tapagria' locate in Markham area. First day, I was so afraid because
everything was different system from college and it was real game. I started
work in cold station and my partner taught to me in detail, also chef too. When
I did something wrong, they rectified my mistake and I corrected. I feel my skills
improve and Its very fun working there! I put some food picture from cold station :)
These are pintxos= appetizer. Starting from the left it is sardine&tomato, smoke salmon pate and foie pate. we have more pintxos and salds:) |
